I am a somatic educator, Sexological Bodyworker, and integrative guide devoted to the work of embodiment, belonging, and transformation. My practice, Spiritual Eros, sits at the crossroads of eros, spirit, and psyche - a place where the body becomes a teacher, truth becomes sensation, and connection becomes a pathway home.

My work began long before my formal training. I was raised in a conservative Pentecostal environment, where desire and divinity were framed as opposites. When I came out in 2000, my life became a decade-long inquiry into whether one could be Black, queer, spiritual, and whole. That question eventually drove me into deeper study, deeper practice, and ultimately deeper self-acceptance.

Everything changed in 2011, when I attended my first Body Electric workshop. In that room, I realized a truth I had never been permitted to name: spirituality and sexuality are not opposing forces - they are two expressions of the same life energy.
That recognition set the trajectory of my life’s work.

For more than 16 years, I have been on the front lines of sexual health and healing - working in HIV prevention and care, supporting individuals and couples, and helping communities navigate sexuality with greater integrity and compassion. Alongside this, my study of Tantra (beginning in 2012) opened the door to a deeper philosophy of embodiment, discipline, presence, and liberation.

In 2013, after earning my Master of Social Work, I realized that traditional clinical frameworks could not hold the full spectrum of healing I was being called into. Somatics, sacred intimacy, emotional process work, erotic transformation, and spiritual inquiry needed a different kind of space - one that welcomed the whole person.

That space became Spiritual Eros.

My facilitation style is grounding, intuitive, and relational. I emphasize slowness, truth-telling, resonance, and the sacredness of being witnessed. My work is not about performance - it’s about returning people to themselves so they can meet life, love, and one another with greater clarity, courage, and integrity.

Today, I guide individuals, relationships, and communities through embodiment, emotional mastery, sexual reclamation, and soul-level integration. Whether through 1:1 coaching, somatic work, ritual, group facilitation, or community circles, I support people in living fuller, freer, more connected lives.
